Rain has never smelt so good

Hi family!
I don't know what to say or where to start. It has been a great week. Fantastic actually! :) We saw lots of little miracles. Less active families at church. People wanting to be taught. Anne is just growing so much! Not only is the ward reaching out to her, but she is doing everything she can to reach out to the ward. She keeps recognizing the Holy Ghost in her life... she notices it and gives us a call. It is so cute :) This man, Walter, we picked up has started getting answers to his prayers about prophets. Cindey, one of the local school teachers has been learning a ton in Sunday school over the last 3 months and called us up... she wants to be taught. We will be passing her off to the elders to teach and in return they have a little boy for us to teach :) We have built a lot of trust with the bishop and the ward. Things are just going well. Yesterday our entire stake fasted for rain. That was neat. We really need it. We had one day of warm sprinkles in the middle of the week. It felt so good! Sunday was a little colder and still just a sprinkle, but it was almost like God saying "I'm listening" "Don''t worry about it I will take care of  you". It seems all anyone talks about is the drought. Anyway, today is back to a beautiful sunny California day :)

Love you all! Good luck to Tom this week!

P.S. The picture... we had microwave popcorn from Christmas but no microwave so I have the brilliant idea to pop it on the stove in the cast iron pan during lunch. It worked really well! To bad the popcorn wasn't that great haha :P
